Common questions
How do I choose a tutor?
After booking, we'll match you with the most suitable tutor based on subject, level, and availability. You can also browse our tutors on the Subjects & Tutors page and request a specific tutor.
Are sessions online or face-to-face?
Both options are available. You can choose when booking or discuss with your tutor. Online sessions use a shared whiteboard and video call.
What happens after I pay?
You'll receive a confirmation email. We'll then contact you within one working day to schedule your first session and confirm your tutor.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — unused sessions from a block booking are fully refundable. Please contact us at least 24 hours before a scheduled session to cancel without charge.
