• All of our tutors regularly teach their core subjects and are familiar with the relevant exam boards within the subject they are teaching.
• We obtain two reference checks and check their identity documents.
• That all tutors are aware of the agency’s safeguarding policy and procedures aimed at keeping children safe.
• Regularly seek feedback from parents and students on the agency’s services.
• All communication is done through our secured site. Contact details are never shared with tutors.
